These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mascot Alley website and your purchases from Mascot Alley, operated by Zauce Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can buy
Our store is for customers in the 50 United States and Washington, DC. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. We do not sell to or ship to any other country, to US territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send it to our fulfillment partner. We may cancel or refuse any order, for example because the delivery address is outside our delivery area, an item is unavailable, a price or description contains an error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Prices and product availability can change without notice. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card or account details.

4. Shipping and delivery
Our delivery area, estimated delivery times and tracking are described in our Shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Items in one order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave us. Please check that your address is complete and correct.

5. Refunds and returns
Our Refund policy explains what we cover. In short, we replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, wrong, missing, or that never arrive. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

6. Product use and pet safety
Our products are for ordinary pet care. They are not veterinary or medical devices and are not safety equipment. Choose the right size and type for your pet, measure before you order, follow any instructions that come with the product, and supervise your pet when using it. Check items regularly for wear and stop using anything that is damaged. Consult a veterinarian about your pet's health or behavior.

7. Reviews and content you send us
If you submit a review or other content, it must be honest, based on your own experience, and not unlawful or offensive. You give us a non-exclusive right to display it on our site and marketing. We may remove content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property
The site's text, images, logos and design belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, try to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, use bots or scrapers without permission, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by United States federal law and the laws of the US state in which Zauce Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and without removing any consumer protections you have under the laws of the state where you live.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to your use of the site and to orders placed after that date.
