Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship only to addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or any other country. Orders placed with an address outside our delivery area will be cancelled and fully refunded.

SHIPPING COST
Free standard shipping on every order.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days after purchase. Orders ship from US warehouses, and items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

TRACKING
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

DELAYS
If your order cannot ship within the time stated, we will email you with a new estimated date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at support@mascotalley.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
